Relation Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, provide strategic insurance guidance, and coordinate coverage across personal lines. You will interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams to tailor plans and secure favorable terms.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, PowerPoint presentations, and proficiency in MS Office, with travel to client sites as needed and a license requirement in the state of domicile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4-year degree generally preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in insurance with personal lines focus.
• State license (Property & Casualty) required or will be pursued/maintained.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus or required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, guiding coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Develop insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Underwrite and bind coverage as needed with carriers.
• Remarket renewals to retain accounts and optimize terms.
• Prepare client proposals, submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
