Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, provide strategic coverage guidance, and align programs with long-term goals. You will coordinate renewals, claims support, and risk analyses while leveraging innovative technology to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance account management, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry, focusing on personal lines.
• Property and casualty license required; designations (AINS, CIC, CPCU, ARM) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, advising on coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Partner in strategic development of tailored insurance plans for clients.
• Assist in submitting first reports of claims and coordinate with the claims team for prompt settlements.
• Review renewals and audits, communicating discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
• Support client retention through renewals, remarketing, and timely quotations.
