Job summary

Relation Insurance, a leading insurer in New York, seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, advise on coverage, and align programs with client goals. You will manage renewals, proposals, and carrier communications.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license, at least five years in personal lines account management, and strong analytical, presentation, and computer skills. Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required from the state of domicile.
• Minimum 5 years of account management in personal lines.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Spanish/English bilingual abilities a plus in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, advising on coverage and contractual requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and manage renewals and submissions.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain bindings and quotes.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
• Identify process improvements and adopt new technology to enhance service.
