Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities from personal lines referral networks.
• Evaluate and implement cross‑sell opportunities within local office and across PayneWest.
• Organize and execute a multi‑faceted sales plan to contact prospects.
• Participate in training to become an expert at identifying and minimizing client risk.
• Drive sales results to increase revenue and build book of business.
• Collaborate with Client Relations to ensure consistent client communications and service.
