Marsh McLennan Agency-Northwest is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our Personal Insurance division. You will serve as a trusted advisor, tailoring risk management solutions to each client’s needs within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You’ll undergo hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development, while leveraging your business acumen to drive revenue, expand your book of business, and deliver excellent service through our Client Relations team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop new opportunities from referral networks.
• Experience in personal insurance sales or advisory roles.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities from referral networks (wealth advisors, banks, law firms, accountants).
• Evaluate and implement cross-sell opportunities within local office and across the organization.
• Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to contact prospects.
• Participate in training to identify and minimize client risk.
• Drive sales results to increase revenue and grow the book of business.
• Collaborate with Client Relations to ensure consistent client service.
