Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests, inform and educate clients, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare presentations and proposals, collect client information and order policies.
• Analyze coverage acceptability and placement; provide recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system with accurate data.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, procedures, workflows, maintain file documentation, and protect confidentiality.
