Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency's Personal Insurance division seeks a passionate service professional to deliver exceptional client service and tailor risk management solutions to each client’s unique circumstances.

You will handle requests, educate clients and carriers, update records in our agency system, and explore upsell opportunities while collaborating with colleagues to maintain accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in insurance or related field.
• Ability to educate clients and carriers and provide guidance on coverage.
• Strong data entry and policy placement skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests and inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, negotiate with carriers and prepare materials.
• Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and provide coverage recommendations.
• Update account data in the agency management system and maintain accuracy.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with teammates while supporting the sales process.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service as part of the team and adhere to workflows.
