Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division seeks a passionate service professional to deliver outstanding customer service and tailor personal risk management solutions. You’ll support clients, carriers and underwriters with education, recommendations, and accurate data entry within our agency system.

You’ll collaborate with a driven sales team, participate in mentorship and training, and contribute to a culture of excellence and integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests, educate and recommend solutions to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare materials, collect information and order policies.
• Analyze coverage acceptability and provide recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system accurately.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, ensure quality control, maintain documentation, and protect confidentiality.
