Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to grow our middle market Business Insurance book. This role focuses on consultative selling, building relationships with business owners and executives, and identifying opportunities across multiple levels of the client organization.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and development opportunities as you advance, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver client-centered solutions that protect and grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Ability to build relationships with executives at multiple levels

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities through networking, prospecting, face-to-face meetings, presentations and association events.
• Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to effectively contact prospects
• Participate in training to become an expert at identifying and minimizing clients' risk and driving positive change to their business.
• Collaborate with a team of colleagues and analysts to develop solutions that move prospects through the sales process and win the sale.
• Drive sales results by leveraging business acumen and training to increase revenue and build the book of business.
• Partner with Client Relations to ensure consistent communication and service.
