Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Manager, Procurement, Legal Services to be located in New Brunswick, NJ. The role partners with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to drive value, lead category strategies, and manage sophisticated professional services spends.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of procurement experience, strong leadership and relationship skills, and a proven ability to execute sourcing strategies across global teams. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in core procurement areas: Category Management, Business Engagement, Supplier Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• May require up to 10% travel; located in New Brunswick, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value in legal services spend.
• Collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support procurement strategies.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiations, contract management, and supplier selection for legal services categories.
• Build and maintain relationships with law firms, ALSPs, legal tech suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Drive supplier performance management, including reviews, scorecards, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve service, quality, innovation, and risk management through category strategies.
• Support annual value targets and procurement objectives through effective category management.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate across global/ regional teams to implement sourcing governance and best practices.
• Escalate and help mitigate supplier, commercial, and operational risks.
