Qualifications

• Procurement experience with Electrophysiology related components and products.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement plans in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier contract management experience.
• Ability to engage with leadership across Suppliers and within J&J.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Track record of building and shaping organizational structure and team development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective Category strategies and plans to meet goals.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiation: Lead contract and pricing negotiations with favorable terms and risk controls.
• Cost Management: Monitor procurement spend and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality.
• NPD Management: Identify industry innovations and onboard innovative suppliers for new product development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, Finance.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and supplier performance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
