Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Manager for J&J Technology Talent Programs Performance Management to drive central program administration, onboarding, goal setting, evaluations, calibration, and compensation planning across development programs. This role partners with leaders to establish standards and optimize talent strategies.

The role requires strong executive communication, global collaboration, and experience with leadership development and skills-based talent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with performance management practices: goal setting, coaching, evaluation, calibration, development planning.
Experience leading learning or leadership development or talent programs.
Familiarity with skills-based talent practices and competency frameworks.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools that support performance management and talent insights, with emphasis on privacy, transparency, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead performance management operations across JJT development programs, including onboarding, approvals, goal setting, Workday processes, evaluations, calibration, and compensation planning.
Set standards and communications for participants, people leaders, and partners to ensure consistent program execution.
Advance adoption of the TLDP assignment model and align goals and rotations with capabilities.
Drive talent discussions to inform development plans and raise visibility of high-potential early-career talent.
Coach and advise early-career talent and people leaders to improve performance and outcomes.
