DPR Construction seeks a Senior People Practices Partner to align workforce strategies with business goals and drive engagement on large-scale projects. You will collaborate across HR and project leadership to sustain high performance, trust, and accountability.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 7–10 years in People Practices, with preferred HR certifications. On-site, full-time role supporting a mega/mobility project across the United States.

Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, partnering with Workplace Services on complex situations. Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs. Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served. Coaches and develops People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency. Collaborates with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices. Uses People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required. Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred. **Certifications and Licenses:** Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred (for e.g., SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or equivalent).**Important Project Assignment Information:**This role supports a strategic mega/mobility project and serves as an embedded People Practices Business Partner partnering closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce.* Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday)* Assigned to a large-scale mega/mobility Project location within the United States* Daily in-person presence on the project site is required* This is not a remote or hybrid role* Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.; however, they must be willing to relocate to or travel to the assigned project location* Travel support, per diem, and/or relocation assistance may be provided in accordance with company policy* Ability to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is required* This is a regular full-time, permanent position with DPR Construction and is assigned to support a mega/mobility Project**Anticipated starting pay range:**$107,000.00- $179,000.00***Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
