Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a People Partner/HR Generalist role, partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic People Partnership by building trusted, influential partnerships with leaders and translating business strategy into people strategies.
• Advise and influence leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Shape the employee experience by partnering with leaders to implement initiatives in onboarding, performance, and culture.
