Job summary

tms, a Chicago-area innovator, seeks a progressive People Partner to join our Global People team. You will partner with leaders to shape workforce strategy, design org effectiveness, and drive employee engagement across designated client groups.

In this role, you’ll lead performance cycles, develop leadership pipelines, and collaborate with Talent Management & Learning to enable growth. A hybrid work model supports flexibility while delivering impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years HRBP/People Partner experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design workforce plans and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Advise on organizational design, leadership, and employee engagement.
• Lead performance management and development initiatives across client groups.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines with Talent Management teams.
• Support change management and use data to drive decisions.
