Job summary

Ladders is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic people partner to senior leaders in Marketing & Communications, guiding growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This remote role requires partnering with the People Team and leadership to strengthen talent strategy and change initiatives.

The successful candidate will influence leadership decisions, surface workforce trends early, and help build a healthy, high-performing team environment across the function.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth tech company, with 7+ years in HR or related fields.
• Ability to independently manage the full talent management lifecycle
• Proven experience influencing leaders at Director and VP+ levels in organizational strategy
• Exceptional communication skills for crafting narratives and influencing stakeholders
• Analytical mindset for using data to drive insights and strategic decisions
• Strong business acumen to assess the impact of decisions across functions
• Familiarity with employment law and its practical application

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior directors and VPs in Marketing & Communications on team growth and retention
• Measure and improve organizational health by surfacing talent trends and retention risks early
• Develop and implement a cohesive talent strategy focused on attracting and engaging high-caliber talent
• Lead change management initiatives to help teams navigate transitions with clarity and support
• Strengthen coordination between People Team centers of excellence and Marketing & Communications through strong business context
