Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to work with senior leaders, shaping people strategy and strengthening organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced technology environment. You will influence performance management, compensation planning, and leadership development to enhance the employee experience. Location: Remote.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually. You will support global, matrixed teams across North America and EMEA with a data-informed approach to talent planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as a People Business Partner for senior leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex situations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people metrics for talent strategies.
- Experience supporting global, matrixed teams in technology or SaaS sectors is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and employees to align people strategy with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by fostering trust through clear HR processes.
- Guide performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management.
- Support career development and leadership coaching initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on organizational design and employee relations.
