Ladders is seeking an HR Business Partner - Sales to join a fast-growing information technology team operating remotely in the United States.

You will partner with senior sales leaders to translate business goals into organizational design, workforce planning, and talent programs that support growth, performance, and change. This trusted advisor role uses data to guide decisions and strengthens the effectiveness of a high-velocity commercial team.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years HRBP experience, especially with Sales or quota-carrying teams.
• Senior-level collaboration with CROs, VPs, and Directors.
• Deep knowledge of sales structures and compensation plans.
• Background in organizational design and change management in high-growth settings.
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics.
• Sound judgment in handling complex employee relations issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
• Translate revenue targets into actionable people strategies for scaling sales organizations
• Lead full-cycle talent management tailored to sales roles, including performance and succession planning
• Utilize data analytics to assess organizational health and recommend interventions
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on sales-specific hiring strategies and workforce planning
• Lead change management efforts related to organizational realignments and market launches
• Coach sales managers on leadership skills and performance management
