Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager, People to shape core people practices for a distributed workforce, shaping leveling, compensation, development, and employee relations across a remote-first environment.
The role partners with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate people strategy into practical programs and policies that strengthen compliance, clarity, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR functions with a focus on organizational development.
- Proven track record of designing leveling frameworks and compensation philosophies.
- Experience partnering with managers across various levels.
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment laws, particularly in multi-state scenarios.
Responsabilités
- Design and implement company-wide leveling frameworks.
- Develop and roll out management development programs for leaders.
- Collaborate with managers on employee performance and development discussions.
- Establish and maintain a transparent compensation philosophy.
- Handle employee relations cases and create repeatable frameworks for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and policies.
