This role partners with leadership to shape people strategies during a high-growth phase, coaches managers, and drives workforce planning, policy guidance, investigations, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRBP experience, preferably with engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience across compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies for engineering teams.
• Advise on workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning.
• Provide HR policy guidance and conduct investigations.
• Improve work relationships and retention through coaching and programs.
• Lead data-driven talent calibrations and compensation planning.
