Job summary

Gartner's HR Technology / People Analytics team seeks a data-driven professional to create meaningful HR metrics and partner with recruiting and business leaders to drive improved hiring and workforce decisions.

You will lead reporting initiatives, advance recruiting programs, and act as a trusted data partner across global teams, all within a hybrid work model anchored by our Stamford CT location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business preferred.
• 1–5+ years of progressive experience in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance role.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across functions and engage senior executives.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholders.
• Lead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high-quality hiring and reduce open positions.
• Drive execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teams.
• Proactively identify possibilities to create new or enhance existing reporting to best serve business needs.
• Act as a trusted data partner for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our business partners – both within and outside of HR – to solve business issues.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadership.
