Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business preferred.
• 1–5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead initiatives across functions and engage senior executives.
• Experience delivering high-quality service in a global environment.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor metrics for key stakeholders.
• Lead and support development and evolution of recruiting programs to scale Gartner for hiring.
• Drive execution of recruiting best practices and share insights across global teams.
• Identify opportunities to create or enhance reporting to support business needs.
• Act as a trusted data partner for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to solve issues.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support HR and leadership.
