Trustpilot is seeking a Senior People Analytics Manager to partner with cross-functional teams to define and track key metrics, analyze people and business data, and turn complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape people strategies and inform investment decisions.

You will lead end-to-end analytics, automate processes, define metrics, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and People to ensure robust data governance and storytelling for executive leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end analytics and reporting, from data extraction to dashboards.
• Ability to automate analytical processes and reduce manual work.
• Experience defining and tracking primary metrics for people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analytics and reporting delivery, from data extraction to dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate analytical processes.
• Define and track key people metrics and robust data tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and People to meet analytical needs.
• Present insights to executives to inform decisions.
• Enhance data tooling, warehousing, and governance with senior leaders.
• Provide backup to Workforce Planning during peak periods.
