Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Director, People Analytics Partner (Talent Acquisition) to be a strategic partner within the HR Strategy and Operations team. You will provide consultative and technical analytics support to Gartner’s Sales & Services HR teams, identifying critical business problems and delivering robust analytical solutions.

You will lead with a data-driven mindset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability while influencing roadmaps and senior leadership decisions across global

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills at all levels.
• Ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems.
• Uses data and the economics of the business to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate with global team members, anticipate and manage risks, set appropriate expectations and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative partnership to senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Sales & Services teams, including proactive identification and solutioning of critical business problems.
• Support critical initiatives driving sales staffing and productivity.
• Engage and influence senior Gartner leaders.
• Creatively solve complex business problems and tell data-driven stories to influence outcomes with executive stakeholders.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps across the organization to drive People Analytics priorities and collaborate with Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT.
