Job summary

Gartner is seeking a People Analytics Insights Manager to deliver analytical support to Gartner’s Sales HR teams, driving staffing, retention and productivity insights. You will influence analytics roadmaps, collaborate with HR partners, and ensure data accuracy and scalable analytics practices across the organization.

You will need 6+ years in analytics/HR/consulting, strong storytelling with data, and communication to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable solutions and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and consultative support to Sales HR teams to drive staffing, retention and productivity insights.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps and collaborate with HR and People Analytics partners.
• Deliver executive-ready content with a focus on data accuracy, consistency and scalability.
