This People Analytics & HRIS Analyst role focuses on transforming people data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics that support workforce decisions.

You will maintain Workday expertise, build HR reports, and collaborate with HR leaders to answer strategic questions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in people analytics or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
Advanced skills in creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
Experience implementing, operating, or managing Workday HRIS.
Workday configuration and UAT experience.
Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and engagement.
Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for senior leaders.
Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity identification.
Create executive-ready data visuals and tell the data story.
Establish consistent HR reporting definitions and metrics.
