Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, HR technology, and business decision-making. This role designs and maintains HR dashboards and reports, leveraging Workday, Power BI, and Tableau to provide leaders with actionable workforce insights.

The position partners with HR leaders to translate questions into analytics, supports Workday reporting and HRIS changes, and champions data governance and storytelling to drive workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Proven track record implementing or managing Workday HRIS.
• Workday configuration and UAT experience.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, and diversity.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for business leaders.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story.
• Establish consistent HR reporting definitions and calculations.
