Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights, leveraging Workday and advanced dashboards to support workforce decisions. You will design HR dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with HR leaders to translate questions into reporting solutions that drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday to include Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Workday HRIS implementation, operation, or management experience.
• Workday configuration experience and UAT.
• Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for executives.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk identification.
• Create executive-ready visualizations and tell the data story.
• Establish consistent definitions and metrics across HR reporting.
• Meet with leaders to translate questions into analytics solutions.
• Support Workday data structures and HRIS changes affecting reporting.
• Maintain data governance and confidentiality for sensitive info.
