Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to translate HR data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and data visualization, with a strong emphasis on Workday HCM. You will partner with HR leaders to understand questions, design analytic solutions, build executive-ready visuals, and support HRIS changes while ensuring data governance and quality.

Qualifications

5+ years experience with people analytics.
Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Workday Prism Analytics.
Advanced knowledge building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Proven track record implementing, operating, or managing Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, and engagement.
Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports for executives and HR partners.
Move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
Create executive-ready visualizations and tell the data story.
Standardize definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting.
