Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in people analytics.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM data, processes and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Experience implementing and managing Workday HRIS.
• Workday configuration and UAT experience.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Analytical with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Data visualization with storytelling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for leaders.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the story behind the data.
• Ensure consistent definitions and metrics across HR reporting.
• Meet with leaders to understand questions and translate into analytics solutions.
• Proactively identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support Workday reporting and data quality improvements.
• Govern HR data with proper confidentiality and access controls.
