Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics
• Experience with Workday including dashboards and reporting
• Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau dashboards
• Proven track record implementing or managing Workday HRIS
• Workday configuration experience and UAT
• Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to tell stories with data and create executive-ready visuals
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, and demographics
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports for business leaders
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity identification
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story
• Create consistent definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting
• Collaborate with HR leaders to translate questions into analytics solutions
• Support HRIS changes and data quality initiatives
• Educate partners on interpreting and using people data
