Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking an experienced People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, technology, and business decisions. You will transform people data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Workday, Power BI, and Tableau.

The role partners with HR leaders and business leaders to translate questions into reporting solutions, support workforce decisions, and ensure data quality and governance in HR data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Proven track record implementing, operating and managing Workday HRIS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong client service skills and ability to establish effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, and engagement.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for business leaders.
• Move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the story behind the data.
• Establish consistent definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting.
