• Experience implementing and managing Workday HRIS.
• Workday configuration experience and UAT.
• Consulting skills and strong communication.
• Analytical with project management and problem-solving.
• Strong client service and ability to build relationships.
• Data visualization and storytelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, hiring, and diversity.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting.
• Advance reporting to predictive insights and risk identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story.
• Standardize definitions and metrics across HR reporting.
