Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, HR technology, and business decisions. You will transform data into dashboards and insights, leveraging Workday and reporting tools to support workforce decisions.

You will partner with HR leaders and COEs to translate questions into analytics, develop executive visualizations, and ensure data quality across HR reporting. A strong consulting mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM data, processes, structures, and reporting.
• Advanced ability to create Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Proven track record implementing or managing Workday HRIS.
• Workday configuration experience and UAT.
• Consulting skills and client-facing communication.
• Analytical with strong project management and problem solving.
• Strong client service and storytelling with data.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports with actionable workforce insights.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation and engagement.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for leaders.
• Move reporting to trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the story behind the data.
• Standardize definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting.
• Meet with leaders to translate questions into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Identify trends and educate HR partners on data interpretation and use.
• Maintain strong Workday knowledge and support reporting solutions.
• Identify data-quality issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Support testing and implementation of HRIS changes affecting reporting.
