Job summary

CoAd, a nationwide workforce management provider, seeks a Business Sales Consultant to influence C-Suite decision-makers through co-employment offerings. You will establish new prospects, sell PEO services, and meet an annual quota in assigned commercial markets.

This field role starts as a hunter with uncapped earnings potential. Requirements include a business/technical bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in complex solutions sales or outside sales, with a preference for PEO consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, tech, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in complex business solutions or outside sales.
• Experience in a business environment (3–5+ years).
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefit regulations (preferred).
• Experience in consultative sales with a proven track record.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem solving.
• Historically meets or exceeds sales quotas.
• Ability to identify and develop new complex sales opportunities.
• Proven hunter mindset for acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Generate sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and nurture a network of small/mid-size business owners.
• Establish potential channel partners.
• Create 150–200+ new connections weekly.
• Maintain or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with C-Suite on business needs to introduce CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider.
• Adhere to CoAd Core Competencies and Values in all settings.
• Handle special projects; adapt to AI-assisted tools and daily workflows.
