Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a PEO Sales professional in Las Vegas to grow the client base and drive revenue for the PEO product line. You will develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with brokers, and guide clients through onboarding processes.

The role requires strong sales experience, the ability to travel as needed, and a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Expect a compensation package with base salary and commissions and a comprehensive benefits offering.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in sales or sales management.
• 2 years of experience in sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and sources using calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by set dates.
• Onboard PEO clients to ensure a smooth transition to the PEO service.
