Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced PEO sales professional to advise executives and drive strategic, multi-stakeholder sales conversations in a bundled HR/ payroll solution. You will own the full sales cycle and leverage your network to close high-value deals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in relevant sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor in risk, compliance, and workforce management.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C-suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery.
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.
