CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary client contact for PBM operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while travel up to 20% may be required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is expected.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and oversee day-to-day PBM operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Maintain accurate updates and communications with clients to build long-lasting relationships.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating internal and client resources.
• Meet deadlines and client guarantees while coordinating cross-functional efforts.
