CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main client contact and oversee daily PBM operations. You will liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and build strong client relationships.

Travel up to 20% is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in client services or account management are preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or account management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Manage client accounts and oversee day-to-day PBM operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Provide accurate, responsive and professional service in all interactions.
• Drive issue resolution within deadlines and uphold client performance guarantees.
