• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth, expand relationships, and minimize attrition through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade domains.
• Translate needs into integrated, client-centric solutions by engaging product specialists and implementation teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity in client messaging.
• Structure and lead client discussions that align with business priorities and payment trends; track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages using Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce; coordinate with ICG RMs for seamless handoffs.
