Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned business development professional to expand profitable relationships with mid-market clients. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and drive deals from strategy through close while building a robust referral network.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to grow the portfolio, assess credit risk, and deliver tailored payment solutions to clients with $10MM+ annual revenue. Travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develops profitable business account relationships and increased profitability from existing and new accounts.
• Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
• Makes sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs.
• Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
