Job summary

Truist is seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead consultative Payments Solutions within a defined commercial client group in Raleigh, NC. You will engage with Commercial Community Bank, Business Connect, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management to optimize cash flow and working capital while mitigating risk.

You will build relationships with bankers and product partners, manage a portfolio of clients, and provide receivables, payables, and liquidity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business virtually including interpersonal communication, negotiation, proactive client contact, and presenting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of how a business operates and the financial solutions needed by the aligned business segmentations.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to manage a large deal pipeline.
• Self-starter who can work productively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and collaborates with line of business and partners to identify and drive client/prospect opportunities to meet revenue and portfolio growth objectives.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs, applying working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and liquidity solutions as needed.
• Escalates issues and risks and ensures accurate reporting of sales activities and revenue.
