Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience supporting third-party annuity distribution via intermediaries preferred.
• Ability to communicate with management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and strengthen B2B connectivity with Prudential's distribution partners.
• Lead initiatives that improve operational, sales, and client experience.
• Coordinate agreements and documentation (RFIs, SLAs, compensation schedules).
• Serve as day-to-day contact for partner firms and requests.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to align strategies.
