Job summary

Prudential Financial is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to strengthen B2B connections with third-party annuity distribution partners. You will promote operational and technology advances, identify shared priorities, and improve client experiences across partner firms.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage partner initiatives, and coordinate agreements while serving as the primary contact for partner inquiries, driving sales enablement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services experience.
• Knowledge of financial services operations and electronic order entry technology platforms.
• Experience supporting third-party annuity distribution through intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve systemic operational challenges with partner firms.
• Understand partner business models and communicate sales-processing requirements.
• Lead channel initiatives requiring internal system or workflow changes with business cases.
• Execute approved partner initiatives and coordinate cross-functional impacts.
• Coordinate distribution and administrative agreements, including SLAs and compensation schedules.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for partner firm requests.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to align strategies.
