Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Strategy & Planning Manager to own operations for strategic partnerships within the Business Development & Partnerships team. You will design workflows, build visibility, and accelerate partnership activities in collaboration with BD managers.

The role requires organizing complex programs, driving execution, and partnering across Cisco teams to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building and managing projects and workflows from ideation to delivery using tools like Airtable, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
• Experience designing and managing business processes and operating cadences; stakeholder reviews and cross-functional planning.
• Experience preparing executive-facing communications and QBRs, business readouts, and updates on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage operational processes to track partnership workstreams and provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with BD and Cisco teams to design best-in-class partner experiences.
• Design cross-functional engagement processes to align BD with Cisco teams and ensure visibility.
• Support leadership in defining partnership focus areas, business goals, and tracking initiatives to drive impact.
