Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Strategy & Planning Manager to lead executive engagement programs for the SVP/GM. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to align initiatives, develop executive briefings, and track commitments across sponsored accounts.

You'll structure strategic initiatives, drive data-driven analyses, and create repeatable templates to scale across Cisco's enterprise networking portfolio. This role supports a remote US-only work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy and planning, program management, or product operations.
• Experience owning cross-functional programs with senior executives.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems with a fact-based approach.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, product, or market data with Excel/BI tools.
• Ability to prepare executive briefings and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own executive engagement programs across sponsored accounts and priority customers.
• Develop concise executive briefings, agendas, materials, and readiness discussions.
• Track commitments and follow-ups with owners and due dates.
• Lead or support strategic analytical initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for cohesive execution.
• Build repeatable templates, cadences, and tracking for scalability.
• Synthesize data into decision-ready briefings for senior leadership.
