• Develop concise executive briefings, agendas, and talking points; drive readiness of materials.
• Track commitments and follow-ups with clear owners and dates; drive actions to completion.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives; structure challenges into actionable work plans with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution of programs.
• Build repeatable templates, cadences, and tracking mechanisms for scalability across executive programs.
• Synthesize data into decision-ready briefings for senior leadership.
