Cloudflare is seeking a strategic partnerships operations lead in the United States. You will design and run the team's operating backbone, synthesize market signals, and translate partner needs into product roadmaps.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Sales to scale impact using AI tools and modern workflows. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-growth tech, a technical fluency with internet infrastructure, and a track record of creating external collateral that accelerates

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Partnerships, or related fields within high-growth tech.
• Fluent understanding of internet infrastructure, APIs, web crawling, and AI/LLM ecosystems.
• Proven ability to establish cross-functional operating models and external collateral.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms to scale workflows and automate tasks.
• Hybrid work readiness from Cloudflare’s SF, NY, or Austin offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the team's operational backbone and cadences.
• Synthesize market signals from executive partners, publishers, and AI platforms.
• Bridge strategy, product, and sales to inform roadmaps with partner input.
• Create executive-ready collateral and go-to-market materials.
• Coordinate pilot launches and enablement across cross-functional teams.
