Cloudflare, Austin-based and US-facing, seeks a seasoned Operations & Strategy professional to drive data-backed decision making. You will own end-to-end analyses, build scalable models, and partner with Finance, Data Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking or Strategic Finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Data Science master's or MBA a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and data-to-insight abilities.
• Clear, concise and proactive communicator translating data into actions.
• Strong modeling foundation and ability to present outcomes clearly.
• High proficiency in SQL or AI-assisted coding; fast-paced, high-growth mindset.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

• Identify root causes and business drivers; translate data into insights.
• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping to deployment and enablement.
• Leverage AI tech to illustrate new ways of working at Cloudflare.
• Synthesize findings to align stakeholders and inform decisions.
• Assess financial impact and forecast metrics for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering & Data Science to track KPIs and reporting.
