Job summary

Threecolts LLC is seeking a Partner Manager to expand our US/EU agency ecosystem. You’ll manage a portfolio of agency partners, sourcing and activating new strategic partnerships that drive revenue and pipeline growth.

You will hunt for new partners while farming existing relationships, building trust, and delivering win–win outcomes for Threecolts and its agencies. This role offers a hybrid remote/work-from-home setup and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, channel, or agency-facing roles in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of major platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and DTC ecosystem.
• Track record of sourcing partners and building pipeline.
• Experience in hunting and farming to drive revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset; able to work autonomously.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, autonomous roles; reports to US partnerships lead.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential agencies focusing on revenue-driven partnerships.
• Lead partner enablement and product training to certify and refer.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to align on joint campaigns and co-sell strategies.
• Track and report partner-sourced pipeline, conversions, and satisfaction.
• Drive partner check-ins, virtual roadshows, and repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams on 1P vendors and 3P referrals for Amazon and Walmart.
